WHY ACCOUNTABILITY IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS

Let’s face it, accountability is what separates the awesome from the average. 
How many times have you tried to do something positive about your fitness and nutrition that goes something like this…..
“right then from Monday I’m going to cut out all sugar and caffeine, go low carb, hit the gym 5 times a week and walk 5K’s every day”


And how did that work you? My guess is that you lasted a few days, maybe even a few weeks and then you got despondent from lack of perceived progress, after all if you’ve done all this stuff for a few days surely you should have lost a few KG’s right?
The trouble with this all or nothing approach is that you’re setting yourself up for failure time and time again, by not setting milestones that you can actually attain on the way to reaching your big fat, hairy, audacious goal. 

So why do you need me as your personal trainer?

Well firstly I’ll help you define measurable goals, and show help you to track your progress in getting to them, so you can easily see just how awesome you are.​

Keeping you accountable will also help you reach these goals quicker,. You know your body best so let me help you find the perfect training plan that you can actually stick to. I mean, you can have the best plan in the world but if you’re not going to get off your arse and do it, it doesn’t really matter much.

I become your number your No.1 fan, not in a creepy wtf way but by providing support, encouragement and accountability wherever you are in the world. Those hard times when you struggle the most and want to put off sessions, they’re the times when you need accountability the most. Knowing I’m always there for you helps even when you’re tired, distracted or time poor. Making sure you have to check in will keep you on track if when it get’s tough. 

Ultimately you are responsible for how much progress you make each and every day. I find that having to account for your decisions helps reduce the excuses and the stories you tell yourself about why you can’t do something, and reinforces a more positive mindset which in turn brings it’s own success. 

Having me as your trainer also means that you can claim your personal training as a tax deductible and FBT free free business expense. Boo-ya
